Thank you for choosing Izhaar Designs! We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied or have questions regarding your order, feel free to reach out to us. Below, you’ll find the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations. Please read them carefully and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
Refund Policy
At Izhaar Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re unhappy, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
A few important points to note:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Refunds will only be issued as STORE CREDIT.
- All in-store purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Products purchased using store credit are considered final sale.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of making your purchase. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after this timeframe cannot be processed as the order will already be in progress.
Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged beyond repair upon delivery, we will issue a full refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at izhaardesignsjewelry@gmail.com.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged product for evaluation.
Please Note: Refund or replacement requests caused by customer mishandling or negligence cannot be processed. Only damages due to manufacturing defects or courier issues are eligible.
Damage During Transit
If you notice damage upon delivery, here’s what to do:
- Notify us within 48 hours at izhaardesignsjewelry@gmail.com.
- Provide detailed photographs of the damage for our review.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims submitted beyond the 48-hour window or without photographic evidence.
Missing Parts on Delivery
If your jewelry arrives with missing parts, it’s possible the product was mishandled during transit. In this situation:
- Check the packaging carefully, as missing components may have dislodged during shipping.
- Contact us at izhaardesignsjewelry@gmail.com, and we will guide you on how to repair or replace the missing parts.
In most cases, missing parts can be reattached easily without damaging the item. While this may take some time, it avoids the need for returning the product. Additionally, we will file a claim with the courier on your behalf and reimburse you for any compensation we receive.
